Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

Crown ERAM’s OSHA Authorized General Industry Training allows you to select from two different safety programs:

• OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach Training Program: This 10-hour program provides general safety instruction for entry level participants. A variety of general industry safety and health topics are given. Those attending this training program will receive a certificate of completion on the final day of class. A 10-Hour OSHA General Industry Outreach card is also mailed out within 6-8 weeks.

Topics Include: Introduction to OSHA, Walking/Working Surfaces, Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention and Protection Plans. Electrical Hazards, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Ergonomics are also discussed.

• OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training Program: A comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in general industry. This program is specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors. The training also provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. Those attending this training program will receive a certificate of completion on the final day of class. A 30-Hour OSHA General Industry Outreach card is also mailed within 6-8 weeks.

Topics include those of OSHA 10 along with: Confined Spaces & Permit Required Confined Spaces, Lockout/Tagout, Welding, Cutting, and Brazing, Safety and Health Programs.
